US Car Seats Shipped to Canada Recall (Canada Only)
Issue:
Some infant and child car seats certified to U.S. standards, including travel systems, have been mistakenly shipped to Canada. Canadian regulations differ from those in the United States, as instructions and labels must be in both English and French. Therefore, these seats may not meet all Canadian requirements.
Please note, this recall covers only 15 individual units which are US models, and not similar product (including product with the same name) intended for Canadian use. If you have an Evenflo product which has a model number with a “C” in the twelfth position or which has the Canadian Maple Leaf safety logo or which has French language labels, your product has not been recalled. The relevant recalled models (“Model Numbers)” are the following:

The lack of information in both official languages on labels and/or in instructions could lead to confusion and increase the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Evenflo has no reports of injuries associated with this issue.
Corrective Action:
If you are a Canadian resident and purchased an Evenflo product with one of the recalled model numbers, contact Evenflo and we will arrange to replace it with a substantially similar product configured for Canadian use.
