FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $300 CAD
Evenflo offers free FedEx Ground shipping to addresses across Canada, with the exception of the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. Additional restrictions apply to certain remote postal codes that FedEx does not service. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders over $300 CAD. For orders under $300, standard FedEx Ground shipping rates apply. Evenflo ships to physical addresses within Canada, and we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Most in-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days, according to the standard shipping timeframes. Please note: all Evenflo.ca orders ship from our distribution center located in the metro Toronto area. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout for all orders under $300.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you create an account at Evenflo.ca, your tracking information will be stored with your order history. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. WHAT ARE THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES?
All shipping timeframes are estimated and apply to in-stock inventory:
Orders placed by 11 a.m. EST Monday – Thursday will usually ship within 72 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Orders placed after noon ET Thursday and before 11:59 pm ET Sunday will usually ship the next business day following the weekend and any required lead time. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
