Issue

A child sitting in some Evenflo Revolve360 Slim convertible car seats may be able to pick off small pieces of foam from the headrest and put them in their mouth or nose.

Safety risk

The foam is non-toxic, but a child could choke on small pieces that they remove from the headrest.

So far, neither Evenflo nor Transport Canada have received reports of children picking at the headrest foam in Canada.

Company actions

To avoid this risk, Evenflo is providing extra tape to seal the bottom edge of the headrest.
