WHAT IS EVENFLO’S RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're unhappy, we're here to help. You have 30 days from receipt to return unused Evenflo item(s) purchased from Evenflo.ca for a full refund of the merchandise value. You can return product by going to your Evenflo account online and clicking the return button on the order you'd like to return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MY PROCESS MY REFUND?
Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
